Do you offer EU shipping?

Sorry, I do not ship to the EU for now due to GPSR regulation. However, as my business grow, I will sort this out. Stay tuned!

How will my order ship? 

All STICKER and STICKER SHEET orders will ship within rigid envelope. If your order includes HANDMADE CLAY ITEMS, all other items will ship together within a bubble mailer.

You can choose tracked/untracked shipping when checking out. All orders will ship by Royal Mail.

How much does shipping cost? 

The shipping cost will depend on your location, chosen items and shipping method.

For order within the UK:

• Untracked : free shipping for STICKER ONLY orders; £1 for orders with handmade clay items.

• Tracked : £3

For international order:

• Untracked: £2 for STICKER ONLY orders; £4 for orders with handmade clay items

• Tracked: £4 for STICKER ONLY orders; £7 for orders with handmade clay items

How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. If your order incluses Handmade Clay items, please allow 3-5 business days. Once shipped, the delivery takes around 1 week for UK order and 2-4 weeks for international order.

What is your return policy?
